Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened baby items cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order for your preferred product.
